Our Adult Tap Class on Tuesday evenings is designed for intermediate to advanced tap dancers. For those looking to enhance their fitness, we also offer various cardio and toning classes that cater to all levels in the morning hours.

In our morning tap class, we provide tap shoe covers that easily slide over your sneakers, making it convenient for everyone to participate. Our Stretch and Relaxation class features soothing Christian instrumental music and incorporates prayer and uplifting readings, nurturing both your physical and spiritual wellness.

The Strength and Tone class is complementary to the mature enthusiast who never wants to stop working out and what a wonderful thing that is!

  •  Adult & Teen Cardio Jazz
    Cardio jazz is a fun way to work out to upbeat music, offering a combination of enjoyable choreography and a good cardiovascular workout.


  • Adult & Teen Tap
    Our super fun instructor, Ruth Ann Blackwell, will not only work on your tap dancing skills but also challenge your brain with exciting and intricate tap dance combinations. 


  • Strength, Tone & Stretch
    A stationary workout with hand weights, barre work, stretching and toning on a yoga mat is a great way for the older adult to stay heathy and strong.

  • Cardio Dance & Tone
    The class is high energy, and you can work at your own pace. Cardio Dance and toning with bands, the pilates ring, and gliders will provide a complete conditioning workout.

  • Cardio Tap, Barre & Tone
    By tapping aerobically, TAPfit gets your heart rate up and enhances your motor skills. This workout is followed by toning exercises for a great way to start your day.

  • Stretch & Relaxation
    This is a stretch class with deep breathing to help you relax your mind, body, and spirit. The class concludes with a Jesus-calling reading combined with beautiful instrumental music and prayer. Everyone is welcome. This class is great for all levels.
