Adult Class Packages - Monthly Fees
Package 1: $75 a month for a package of 2 classes per week
Package 2: $100 a month for a package of up to 4 classes per week
Package 3: $124 a month for a full package of all adult classes per week
We are a caring and supportive community that values daily devotions, fellowship, and spiritual growth alongside Dance and Fitness. Our classes incorporate readings from inspiring devotionals like Jesus Calling for adults, the Princess Devotions for preschoolers and other devotional books, along with prayer and meaningful connection when needed. Our mission is to uplift and bring joy to everyone. Welcome!

- Intermediate/Advanced Adult & Teen Tap
Tuesday evening Tap is designed for intermediate to advanced tap dancers. We provide tap shoe covers that easily slide over your sneakers, making it convenient for everyone to participate. - Adult & Teen Cardio Jazz
Teenagers and tweens are welcome to join the ladies! This energetic class is designed to strengthen the heart, build stamina, and boost overall fitness through a fun, dance-based workout. Inspired by the aerobics craze of the 80s, it features a diverse mix of music genres to keep the energy high and spirits lifted.
Expect low to medium impact dancing, and a touch of structured choreography to round out the class. Whether you're looking to get fit, have fun, or simply enjoy moving to great music, Adult Cardio Jazz is the perfect way to energize your body and spirit! - Strength, Tone & Stretch
A stationary workout with hand weights, barre work, stretching and toning on a yoga mat is a great way for the older adult to stay heathy and strong. - Cardio Dance & Tone
The class is high energy, and you can work at your own pace. Cardio Dance and toning with bands, the pilates ring, and gliders will provide a complete conditioning workout. - Stretch & Relaxation and Floor Pilates
This is a stretch class with deep breathing techniques and floor pilates style toning to help you relax your mind, body, and heart while building confidence and physical strength. The class concludes with a spiritual reading combined with beautiful instrumental music and prayer. Everyone is welcome. This class is great for all levels.
