Class Description

Welcome to our Summer Flexibility Workshop with Certified Yoga Instructor!

This summer, we're excited to introduce a special flexibility class designed to help our dance students enhance their range of motion, improve muscle elasticity, and prevent injuries. Led by our experienced yoga instructor, Lindsey Adkison. This class is perfect for anyone looking to increase flexibility and become a more versatile, flexible athlete.

Pair this flexibility training with your dance and gymnastics classes to meet your goals for the upcoming season. Whether you're aiming to improve splits, backbends, or overall mobility for dance and any sport, this class provides the targeted stretching and mindful movement you need to succeed.
